Trust is the foundation of every engagement at BRAXION TECH LLC. Whether we are conducting proprietary market research, placing a candidate in a sensitive executive role, or managing a client's administrative operations, confidentiality and professional conduct standards are non-negotiable.
All primary research data collected on behalf of clients — including survey responses, interview transcripts, and focus group recordings — is treated as strictly confidential. Data is stored in access-controlled environments, anonymized where appropriate, and never shared with third parties. Raw data is retained for 24 months post-engagement and then securely destroyed unless a longer retention period is agreed upon.
Candidate information is handled with full discretion at every stage of the recruitment process. We do not share candidate profiles with client organizations without explicit candidate consent. All shortlisted candidates are notified of the client organization and role before any profile disclosure. For executive and senior-level searches, full confidentiality protocols — including blind job descriptions — are available on request.
All virtual assistants and back office team members operate under signed confidentiality agreements that cover all client data, systems access, communications, and proprietary processes. Access is granted on a least-privilege basis and revoked immediately upon engagement termination. We maintain a comprehensive offboarding protocol for all client-facing personnel.
Mutual NDAs are available and encouraged before any scoping conversation involving sensitive business information. All formal engagements are governed by a Master Service Agreement (MSA) that clearly defines scope, data handling responsibilities, and termination protocols. Contact our team to request a standard agreement template before your engagement begins.
