BRAXION TECH LLC ("we," "our," or "the Company") is committed to protecting the privacy of all individuals who interact with our services — including research participants, job candidates, clients, virtual assistant service users, and website visitors. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect personally identifiable information (PII) across our three service lines: Market Research Services (NAICS 541910), Recruiting & Staffing Services (NAICS 561311), and Virtual Assistant & Back Office Services (NAICS 561110).
From Research Participants: Survey responses, interview recordings (with consent), demographic data, and behavioral data relevant to commissioned research programs. From Candidates: Resumes, work history, references, compensation expectations, and results of any assessments administered during the recruiting process. From Clients: Business contact information, billing details, operational data shared as part of back office or VA engagements, and communication records related to service delivery. From Website Visitors: Standard web analytics data including page views, session duration, referring URLs, and device/browser type via analytics tools.
We use information collected solely for the purpose of delivering contracted services, communicating with clients and candidates, managing operational engagements, complying with applicable law, and improving our internal service quality. We do not sell, lease, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes under any circumstances.
Research data is retained for 24 months post-project completion. Candidate files are retained for 12 months following the conclusion of an active search, unless a longer period is required by applicable law. Client operational data is retained for the duration of the active engagement plus 12 months, after which it is securely destroyed on written request.
